Refund policy
At Jyothi Saree Mandir, customer satisfaction is important to us.
- Returns are not accepted for any products sold.
- If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.
- In such cases, we will provide a replacement/exchange for the same product or an equivalent product, subject to stock availability.
- Refunds will not be provided for damaged products in the first instance.
- If a replacement product is also found to be damaged or cannot be provided, a refund may be issued after verification and approval by our team.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging for exchange eligibility.
- Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and are not considered defects.
